Once the parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information . You can also check the tracking information directly on YOUR ACCOUNT(link prowadzący). All shipments are carried out by our trusted partner DHL.
Delivery information:
Delivery within Poland takes from 2 to 4 business days.
International delivery within Europe takes from 4 to 8 business days.
If you are outside of Europe, please get in touch with us directly for shipment information. International parcels may be subject to local duties and taxes. The recipient is responsible for covering this charge.
Returns
You have 14 days to exchange or return the package. You can fill out the return form automatically in your account or use the form below. Remember that products without tags or with signs of use are not returnable.
